How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
Secureanyway Pest Control does not have technicians. We are a referral service. When you reach out, you are routed to an independent provider in our network.
That provider, or someone at its office, answers your questions. The same provider gives the quote and does the work. If you ever wonder who is on the line, ask. A good provider says its business name right away.
What happens on the call
Expect a short chat. The provider asks what you see and where. They may ask when it started and how big the problem seems. Have a few facts ready:
- The pest or animal, if you know it
- Where you saw it
- Whether it is inside, outside or both
- Whether kids or pets are in the home
- Your home type, such as a slab or raised foundation
Then the provider explains the next step. This is often a home visit and a written quote. Request a callback to check provider availability. Hours vary by provider, so ask when someone can come.
What to ask a provider
These questions help you hire with confidence. Each has a good answer and a warning sign.
- Are you licensed and insured in this state? A good answer is a clear yes, with proof on request. Be wary of vague replies.
- What will the quote include? Look for the pest, the areas, the steps and the price in writing. Be wary of a price given only by phone with no look at the home.
- What products will you use, and are they safe around pets and kids? A good provider names them and explains the care steps.
- Is a follow-up visit part of the plan? Many jobs need one. The answer should be specific.
- What if the pests come back? Ask what the provider offers in writing. Do not accept a spoken promise.
- Will you pressure me to sign today? You should not feel rushed. Pushy tactics are a red flag.
You are in control
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask for more than one quote. You can ask for time to think. You can say no.
If something feels off, trust that. Ask the question again in simpler words. A provider who knows the work can explain it.
